We work entirely organically, using as much fruit from our own cultivation as possible. We sweeten with natural sweeteners or with fructose from the fruit itself. Our products have a THT of about 2 years. Furthermore, we try to work as ecologically as possible. That is why we do not sell by the piece, but in trays of 6. That way, we also try to avoid frequent transport.
